| Seacoast Keeshond Rescue Essex, MA |
Seacoast Keeshond Rescue rescues, fosters, rehabilitates and re-homes any purebred keeshonden acquired from a shelter, abandoned and left homeless, or turned-in by owners who can no longer care for them. All keeshonden in Seacoast Keeshond Rescue care are vet checked, brought up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and receive heartworm and tick/flea preventatives before they are available for adoption. Each rescue also spends time in a loving foster home prior to placement so their temperament and personality can be evaluated to ensure they are perfectly matched with their prospective adopter. All prospective adopters must complete an adoption application. There is an adoption fee, which is determined by the age and medical condition of the keeshond. Also, a vet reference, as well as a home visit, are required. If you are a keeshond owner who is in need, for any reason, of surrendering your keeshond, please contact us. If you cannot adopt at this time but still have a place in your heart for these beautiful dogs, please consider the very rewarding experience of fostering a homeless keeshond until they are matched with their forever family. If you are interested in providing a foster home to a keeshond in need, or would like to volunteer in other ways (transporting, home visits, etc.), please contact us! |
